Yeah...exactly. I think it's just the attempt to match the slang idiom of the original into some kind of contemporary slang idiom that seems "modern." Certainly none of the thoughts or expressions themselves!

Ah, you seemed very busy, do I didn't feel the need to really remind you, it's ok. I don't have a link, but if you find wherever the calender option is for my livejournal, it's Nov. 11th. It's nothing more than a little story I had to do for a class, but I'd like to see what you think. And I can't wait for ch. 73! I put a friend onto your story and she loves it. She read all 72 chapters in a night, haha. I'm very excited to see what happens, I've had so many scenarios in my head but I know none will be as good as what you come up with.
